West Moors Memorial Bowling Club LATEST NEWS Our Welfare Officer is Sonia March - 01202 893818 Welfare news in the club has been fairly quiet during the season. Jill and Mike Briggs celebrated their Golden Wedding in June and Ann and John Jenkinson and Margot and Sid Chandler in September. Grace Andrews and Eve Walker both celebrated their 93rd birthdays in July and of course received cards from the club. John Price, Lew Trim and Bernard Brogan all recently underwent heart surgery. I am pleased to say all are now home and making good progress. Please continue to let me have news of celebrations or of sick members or in hospital so that I can keep in touch.
